Charlene Teo
Charlene Teo is deeply passionate about helping people build stronger, more conscious relationships—with themselves and with others. Guided by a growth mindset and a belief in the power of human potential, she brings over 40 years of experience in people-focused industries to her work as a psychotherapist, adult educator, and coach.
As a Transactional Analysis Advanced Practitioner, Charlene actively uses TA frameworks in her psychotherapeutic work with individuals, couples, and families. She also incorporates TA into her training programmes across diverse sectors—from aviation and education to social services—where she supports learners in developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relationship mastery. Her facilitation style is engaging and grounded, encouraging participants to reflect deeply and apply practical tools for real-life change.
In addition to her work in TA, Charlene is a registered Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy (ABH–ABNLP), and a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy through the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. These complementary approaches enable her to help clients and learners shift limiting patterns, regulate their emotions, and strengthen inner resilience.

“Through the lens of Transactional Analysis, we learn not just how we relate to others
… but how we can rewrite the story of how we relate to ourselves.”
“I believe that meaningful change starts with conscious connection … to self, to others, and to the values that guide us.”
